Gore and God

Invoking God!  Liberals are desperate.  Most of the hardcore leftist have disdain for religion.  However, when it is useful for them, they use it.

The moral duty may be to do some repair work to the healthcare system.  However, the far-left would rather tear it all down.

Under Kennedycare or what ever, he would not have gotten the treatment that he needed to stay alive for the past year.   Of course, that is if you don't have the money to pay for it.

As for Obama, he said that it is "morally troubling" to have the healthcare system pay for his grandmother's hip replacement or whatever it was.  Obama said that he would have paid it out of pocket.

What about the rest of our parents and grandparents under Kennedycare?  Call it rationing!

Simply, the far-left Liberal philosophy is let the useless die.  Obama's John Hold science Czar is the perfect kool aid drinker--his now famous written statement was children up to the age of two should be euthanized, if they do not socialize properly.

We are on our way to having decisions made literally about life and death. Well, that is, if we let them!

we will have permanent unproductive members of society without limits

I am not surprised about Obama and his shift away from his staff comments about eliminating the “the public “ single-payer scheme. He did not double take or any take. It was a calculated move.

If this Obama care plan gets through, this is just going to embolden them more. I live in Vermont. They do what they say, if someone does not get in the way. Vermont is a lost case and this country is heading down the wrong path.

Socialism makes people lazy and the people who get “free stuff,” always want more. I have the perfect example. When I lived in France, I was taking the train into Paris for work; it stopped for two hours. Later, I found out that unemployed people where blocking tracks at a train station. They were not there to protest for work, they were there to get more money, as in a thirteenth month paycheck. This was common practice for companies to give their employee the benefit.

My ex-wife had two friends who were on unemployment; one was on for 6 years and the other for 8. I asked them why and they both responded that they had everything that they needed and these types of people who protested were just asking for more government handouts. Typical is most Socialized European countries. Germany being the exception, they protest to get work. Of course, the downside, they want the government to something about it.

We are on the same track.  The more you give the lazier people become. They have no incentive to do anything for themselves. They become a permanent voting base for the Far-left and they could careless about innovation. Keep people unmotivated in their model. Hand up, not hand out! If need be, help someone in the short-term, but left them know that it is not permanent. Otherwise, we will have permanent unproductive members of society without limits.

*** The foundations of the basis of Socialism by mass manipulation against the productive members of society. Simply, the less motivated get empowered to take away from the more productive, because the less productive think that they deserve as much a productive person. Of course , a big backlash, as demonstrated under Communism, why should I work harder, if I am going to get the same anyhow. Socialism is not to far away from this. Thus, it goes like this in France and you can see this from perpetually high unemployment and lack of incentive for innovation. Did you know that tax invasion is the number one sport in France? Soccer takes second. The French are over taxed, no surprise. The income tax is low, but they make it up with bogus taxes like “living tax” and 20.5 sales tax. This list goes on and on.

Gov. Dean and the VA--the typical Leftist example concerning health care

Letter-to-the-Editor:

I read comments by Gov. Dean  on about how great the Veteran’s Administration’s system is. Obviously, his comments were not based upon personal experience and he probably has not had a relative treated in VA hospital.

My father is a combat veteran. Dealing with the VA, when it comes to healthcare services, my mother has had to fight every time for my father’s healthcare with a nightmarish bureaucracy.  Just about every time, my mother would spend countless hours dealing with every issue that came up, because the VA bureaucracy does not give anything anyway without a fight.

Like all people who support the public option, they like to say that the Veteran’s administration is just so wonderful. Obviously, these same people have never had to deal with it like my family has. The VA is the perfect example of what I do not want to this country’s healthcare system to turn into.

My mother could make an exhaustive list of all the fights that she has had to insure that my father received his healthcare benefits.  You may ask my mother.   My mother’s and father’s experiences are fact, provable, and well-documented!

I am sure that my father is not an exception.  I know that there are many other combat veterans who have had the same problems.  I am sure that this is caused by the Government bureaucracy.  Also, I know that the VA healthcare delivery is understaffed.  This means wait list for out nation’s veterans.   My father and my family know all about them.

Now, Governor Dean, imagine a loved one waiting for essential care and fighting all the time for care that my father has earned through his service for our country. Governor, my family knows all about it, because we have lived it for the past four decades.
